I love this recipe. So light and yummy. I used peanuts instead of pine nuts. Instead of roasting, I cooked the veg in a wok. Quick and easy.

I made the butter crème frosting and it was so good. It turned out perfectly and worked well in the pipping bag. I will make this recipe again.
