Here at Madeleines, we work as a Family to make the pies and baked goods you would like to bake if you had the time! We use traditional recipes, local ingredients whenever possible, and make every pie, quiche, cake and cookie by hand.

Dustin Kennaley sources his ingredients from his best memories. Growing up in the Kawartha’s, seasonal baking meant picking rhubarb from the garden or stopping by the Kennedy’s Farm to pick up eggs and maple syrup on your way home from getting the mail. In a world where technology abounds; Dustin sticks to tradition and sustains his craft of preparing each pie and tart by hand and lets Mother Nature Shine!
